I’ve been preparing for Chicago, although not as hard as I should! Here are a few photos from practices. We’ve awakened with the roosters for the past eight Saturdays to run in awesome locations like Red Rocks. Every single time I am out with this group of people, I’m reminded of the amazing power that one individual can have when they come together in full force. We are truly making an impact on this disease, one running step at a time.
Denver is so full of trails that you really can run on a new trail every day of the week, probably for an entire month. Some are of the urban, concrete kind but there are many, many dirt trails that lead through woods and over winding creeks. I try to vary my run so I don’t get bored too easily, otherwise I become demotivated.
